Shipping policy

COVD-19 SHIPPING DELAYS: At this time there is absolutely no guaranteed delivery date with ALL SHIPPING COMPANIES. As you surely noticed all over the news, there are delays in deliveries. From our experience these days standard delivery for most parcels takes 10-30 days from the day it's shipped. How long your shipping takes is absolutely beyond our control, please be patient and allow more time for your parcels to be delivered. We do not provide refunds for late deliveries caused by the shipping company, since it is completely out of our control and all our orders are done and shipped within our production times. PRODUCTION TIME
Our current production time is 5-10 business days, depending on the size and customization of orders. All orders are made in the order they were placed and shipped out within our stated dispatch times.

”Regular shipping” - this is tracked shipping method within Canada and international tracked parcel for the US
All parcels are shipped via Canada Post / USPS once they enter the USA. Tracking is updated by the postal service, we truly have no control over tracking updates. If you have shipping questions about your parcel once it’s shipped, you will need to contact USPS / Canada post directly as we don’t have any more information as you can see when you track your parcel.
